Peter, I have the need to upload PDF files with metadata into alfresco ce 3.4
please advise if you can provide consultant services in how to get the tool working.

The bulk filesystem import tool supports this – more information is available on the Google Code project site.
Regarding consulting services for the tool, if you’re an Enterprise Subscriber you could make use of Alfresco Consulting or one of Alfresco’s Systems Integration partners. Alternatively you may want to post a message to the mailing list and see if anyone there provides independent consulting services.
